I have a lot of weight to loose and find my willpower and determination has improved since I started Reds 12 days ago. But even though I am being very careful with my diet and having small portions I don't seem to be loosing on the scales. I've really increased my exercise and I feel much better already, but I wish I could see some reduction on the scales. However I lost a stone last month just before I started the Reductil, so I hope I will see the pounds go soon.

I started taking Reds two weeks ago, take them first thing in the morning, drinking lots of water and really don't feel hungry at all. My reductil tablets are 15mg so maybe that is the difference. In the two weeks I have been taking them I have lost 8 pounds.They are expensive, but worth it.

I `m finishing my 3d month on Reductil 15 mg, and I am very satisfied, lost 12,5 kg. No side effects , without any exercise . Good luck to all!

Well its one week on Reds today. All is well, and feeling not too bad. Side effects seem to be easing and best of all I have lost 6lbs. Hope I can keep this up, I've been eating a very low fat diet and small portions. I still feel that I could eat a lot more but don't. Cannot exercise much as I have arthritis in my foot and cannot walk very far. Hoping when I loose more weight it will ease a bit so I can get walking. So good luck !

Have now lost a total of 8lbs in 2 weeks. Not bad I suppose. All the side effects have gone, but I am not full of energy as some people have written.

I've been on Reds for 2 weeks now and lost 4.5 lbs , feeling OK with some side effects - dry mouth, some sleepless nights and weird dreams some days, not hungry. All depends what I am doing that day. I can go up to 8 hrs without eating before I start to feel a bit shaky then I need to eat something. GOOD LUCK!!

This is my fifth day on Reductil, I have only 1.5 stones to lose. I gave up smoking 2 months ago and put on a stone, doctor put me on Reductil. Apart from dry mouth, I have not noticed any other side affects, I've lost 2 lbs since Sunday.

I am on Day 4. Never tried anything like this before. I have to loose 4 stone .I am very hopeful that I will succeed with Reds assistance. So far no problems, no desire to eat much. Need to drink lots of water, thirsty all the time, and had to take a little linseed to counteract constipation problems.
