Side effects

Pins and needles (paraesthesia)
Awareness of your heartbeat (palpitations)
Alteration in taste
Hot flushes
Seizures
Lightheadedness
Decrease in the number of platelets in the blood (thrombocytopenia)
High blood pressure (hypertension)
Increased heart rate (tachycardia)
Anxiety
Aggravation of haemorrhoids
Kidney disorders
In comparison to the side effect potential of other central- acting weight- reducing agents it is important to note that Reductil lacks the potential for abuse, neurotoxicity or valvular heart disease.
